Intuition Induced Action

My latest trip to Mexico is leading me to take intuition-induced action. And I’m honestly so here for it. This message keeps coming up for me. We have to be in our own experience to truly connect to our intuition. Let the external content and consumption quiet, and return to yourself. Then the insights will start to flow.

I recently spent six days in Oaxaca and Mexico City, and the trip was amazing, Truly one of the best I’ve had. The weather was perfect, the people were kind, and the sightseeing was incredible. It was a solo trip with very little agenda, no work to multitask through, and no one to answer to except myself. I read three books, walked miles each day, and gave myself plenty of downtime to regroup.

Over the course of the trip, my intuition felt alive. I kept getting little pings. Recurring themes, subtle signs. All around the divine feminine and strong female figures. And I truly think a lot had to do with being in an experience and being out of my day-to-day routine.

In 2026, I’ve been wanting to tap more into my feminine energy. What does that mean to me? Slowing down. Listening. Softening. Approaching both excitement and challenges with more creativity. Pausing instead of reacting. Remembering I don’t have to do everything or give so much. I can allow myself to receive.

And honestly, I think I’ve been doing pretty well.

I’ve increased my self-care (slightly addicted to gel pedicures), embraced naps, taken more walks outside, and started creating vision boards for my upcoming retreats. I’ve been exploring both the resistance to doing more and the playfulness that comes from being outside and creating.

Another part of tapping into my feminine side has been deepening my relationship with my intuition. Actually letting my inner wisdom speak, and then listening. I return to reflection and journaling often. I have journals from many years back, and sometimes I’ll revisit an old entry, sit with it, meditate, and then begin free writing. I place myself back into past experiences and feel, in my body, how I’ve grown. Then I simply notice what arises.

Maybe it’s the Aries energy of new beginnings, or the shift into spring, but the pings have been coming in strong lately, and I love it. My intuition is asking me (telling me!) to learn more and and create programs that I love. Ones I know will support and transform others.

So here’s my invitation to you: What do you desire for your future? How can you begin creating experiences that align with it?

For me, it looks like turning down the noise of the outside world, getting outside in nature, and returning to the pages of my journal. Then being bold and brave enough to take action...and I can’t wait to share what’s coming next.
