Summer Beach Yoga

Gentle yoga every Sunday at Gray Gables Beach in Bourne. A 1-hour, all levels, relaxing class. Suggested donation $10-15, registration not required. Bring a mat or towel. Weather permitting - follow on Facebook for updates.
Chakra Yoga Workshop
Saturday October 12 from 1-3pm at Seikrid in Sandwich, MA
In this workshop, you'll explore the transformative power of shakti energy and the chakras through yoga, meditation, discussion, and journaling. By understanding and harnessing chakra energy, you'll deepen your self-awareness and enhance your yoga practice, ultimately empowering you to connect more fully with yourself and the world around you.
New Year's Day Power Flow
Wednesday January 1 from 10-11:30am at The Yoga Collab in Falmouth, MA
Kick off 2025 with a heated vinyasa class, starting with Sun Salutations to set intentions and release old energy, followed by a vigorous flow that challenges both body and mind. The class ends with a grounding savasana and meditation, leaving you optimistic for the year ahead.
