FALL WOMEN'S RETREAT

Imagine the release you feel from one giant exhale. Sighing everything out and letting go. Join me on Sunday, October 27th for a full day yoga retreat dedicated to just that. A retreat for nurturing yourself, connecting with other women, and unwinding from the busyness of life. Slowing down and listening to the wisdom of our bodies and hearts through yoga, meditation, group discussion, and journaling in beautiful Falmouth, Massachusetts.

When we surrender and allow things to fall into place, answers may surface and life makes more sense. Practicing in a safe and supportive community helps you explore your own needs and intuition, plus feel grounded and restored.

Our day ends with a beautiful sound bath and reiki from Nicole and Sheree the co-creators of Lotus & Rose Healing Therapies in Sandwich, MA. Allowing the goodness and magic of the day to settle.

Registration closes on Thursday, October 24th at 8pm.

When and where is the yoga retreat?

Sunday, October 27th from 9:30 am to 5:15 pm in Falmouth Massachusetts on beautiful Cape Cod.

How much are tickets?

Tickets are $165 per person. This includes the yoga sessions, meditation, group coaching circle, energy work, lunch, snacks, and gift.

How can I register?

Please complete this form. You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours. Full payment is required to hold your spot and space for this retreat is limited. Registration ends on Thursday, October 24th at 8pm.

How many women will be attending?

The retreat is limited to 24 individuals who identify as women and are over the age of 18.

I'm new to yoga...can I still attend?

Of course! Modifications will be offered to accommodate all levels of yoga practitioners.

What should I bring?

Come wearing comfortable yoga clothes and a layer or two. If the weather is nice, we will do a meditative walk outside. Bring your yoga mat and any props to support you (blanket, blocks, eye pillow). Also a journal, pen, and refillable water bottle.

 

What about food?

Lunch and light snacks will be provided throughout the day. Please indicate any food allergies on the registration form.

How will I pay?

Payment is accepted via Eventbrite, Venmo, or PayPal. Full details provided once you submit your registration form. Registration fee is non-refundable and required to hold your spot.
