By purchasing this retreat, I understand the risks associated with a yoga practice and assume full responsibility for attending class. I understand that yoga includes physical movements as well as an opportunity for relaxation, stress reduction and relief of muscular tension. As is the case with any physical activity, the risk of injury is always present and cannot be entirely eliminated. If I experience any pain or discomfort, I will listen to my body, adjust the posture and ask for support from the teacher. Yoga and its associated services is not a substitute for medical attention, examination, diagnosis or treatment from a licensed medical professional. Yoga is not recommended and is not safe under certain medical conditions. I affirm that I alone am responsible to decide whether to practice yoga. I hereby agree to irrevocably release and waive any claims that I have now or hereafter may have against Amy Littlefield, In The Flow Services, LLC.
Additionally, I understand the retreat is non-refundable and that travel insurance is recommended to protect myself financially and in case of an emergency. In The Flow Services, LLC shall not be held liable for any consequences arising from delays or cancellations in any of the companies I may have made arrangements with, or for any irregularities in my documentation required for travel. The retreat center is secured on private property, however I understand the recommendations to leave any valuables I do not need for traveling at home. In The Flow Services, LLC or Onze Resorts Mexico cannot be responsible for any lost or stolen items on site.
