NOTES FROM CLIENTS
Working with Amy during the six-week mentorship program was a truly transformative experience. Her presence is steady, wise, and compassionate—she teaches not only through her words but through the way she embodies the practice. Amy lives the teachings of yoga with grace and integrity, quietly modeling ahimsa (non-violence), satya (truthfulness), and shaucha (purity) in every interaction.
Through her mentorship, I grew immensely as a yoga teacher and deepened my personal practice. Amy gently and skillfully guided me to integrate yogic philosophy—especially—into how I think about my students and how I teach. Her emphasis on svadhyaya (self-study) encouraged me to reflect more honestly and compassionately, while her commitment to tapas (discipline) reminded me of the strength found in steady, sincere effort. With her guidance, I’ve learned to hold space
with greater presence, clarity, and care—for myself and for my students.
If you’re seeking a mentor who will help you grow as a teacher with true guidance, wisdom, and presence, I cannot recommend Amy highly enough."

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Read more about why I started this program here.
Why did you launch this program?
I have been to countless yoga classes, workshops, and trainings. Something was missing, going deeper to build your yoga voice with authenticity. Over my corporate career, I spent years training sales teams and helping marketing and product teams tell a story, with various forms of communication. As an executive and leadership coach, one of the biggest challenges I work clients through is building their executive presence with confidence. Yoga teachers deserve the same support! This program is to help you do just that, in a group setting to learn together, talk honesty, and hold each other accountable to our goals.
How many Yoga Alliance continuing education hours do I receive?
This program provides 15 hours of continuing education: 7 contact hours and 8 non-contact hours. You can visit my YACEP page on the Yoga Alliance website for more details. To receive YA continuing education credits, attending all 6 sessions and completing relevant course-work is required.
I'm not a part of the Yoga Alliance. Is this training still for me?
Yes, 100%! The continuing education credits are just one of the many benefits of participating. The primary focus of this program is to help you Identify your values as a yoga teacher, define how you want to show up in your teaching, and hold space in a safe and supportive ways. We will also partner on how to recognize areas for growth, create an action plan for development, and own your voice with confidence.

How many people are in each online cohort?
